For the past 25+ years, Rachel Vincion has led startups and bootstrapped healthcare technology companies through transformational changes.
Currently, Rachel serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Xsolis, a healthcare technology startup that provides data-driven, analytics-fueled solutions to break down the silos that exist between providers and payers. In her role, she supports the continued development of sustainable financial and people processes.
During the past decade, Rachel has assisted post-acute organizations by implementing a data driven approach, utilizing metrics and processes to drive long-term value. Prior to her move to Xsolis, she was the Chief Financial Officer at iN2L, a Vista Equity Partners company, leading revenue operations and laying the groundwork for operational efficiencies. As Vice President of Finance and People for PlayMaker Health (acquired by Trella Health) Rachel was instrumental in scaling the organization and increased enterprise value by 40%. Prior, she was Vice President Finance and People for Qualifacts, the largest behavioral health electronic records platform in North America. During her tenure the team substantially grew revenue, market share, and successfully divested the company to Great Hill Partners.
Rachel lives in Franklin, TN, where she performs her most important role as mom to her 14-year-old son James and their goldendoodle, R2D2. When not working, traveling, or exploring art museums with her son, Rachel enjoys reading, golf, and serving her community as a mentor to young finance professionals.
