It’s been quite the year for healthcare professionals. That’s why Xsolis is proud to celebrate National Case Management Week 2020 (NCMW 2020) by recognizing case managers and transition of care professionals dedicated to improving patient care outcomes in the face of COVID-19.
This year, the American Case Management Association’s (ACMA) theme for the week is Transitions Through Care, Expertise and Integrity, highlighting how case managers stepped up to the challenges posed by the new normal of healthcare.
In recognition of their hard work, Xsolis is sharing the stories of case managers and utilization review nurses who have stepped up to address and solve efficiency issues through our technology. Their shared goal? To find efficiencies so they can positively impact patients and processes across the care continuum.
Watch the stories below to hear how Xsolis’ technology has changed the way case managers work and what’s next for them as they continue their journey.
